When Sydenham and Unigasco Credit Unions launched merger discussions we recognized the need for a third-party facilitator and project manager. We engaged Kim Andres for the role. She walked us through a comprehensive process that ensured that all issues were considered and addressed in a timely and professional manner. She tackled the more sensitive aspects of the project with tact and diplomacy retaining the trust of all parties. Our merger successfully concluded at year-end 2012 and we are looking forward to a prosperous future as Mainstreet Credit Union!
